To Track an order, click on that order on the Orders and Cancellations page, to get accurate delivery dates. As soon as your order has sent out, your tracking information will be placed under fulfilled orders. Cancellations also appear on the same page. We will also email your tracking information to the email provided for your account.
Cancel any order within 3 hours of ordering and you’ll be refunded your full purchase price.
Credit for your cancelled item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). You should receive an email confirming the completion of cancellation processing.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All items are marked final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Prices include taxes and shipping.
Any order being shipped to Canada may be subject to Federal and provincial taxes that are levied and collected as part of the total taxes during checkout. The order total presented at checkout will be the exact amount that you will be billed. Additional costs will be conveyed by a text message and you may accept them or cancel the order.
